Mobile internet penetration rate in selected markets 2023
In 2023, it was found that 95.2 percent of the population in Canada were mobile internet users. Bahrain ranked first with a mobile internet penetration of approximately 98 percent, followed by the United Arab Emirates with a mobile internet penetration rate of close to 96 percent. Kuwait was ranked third with almost 96 percent mobile internet usage penetration. The UAE, Kuwait, and Bahrain also rank among the countries with the fastest average mobile internet speed worldwide.
